Celeste Nitti Brings Social Strengths to PRIME

Celeste Nitti recently joined the team at PRIME. As a child, though, this writing wizard and social media magician thought she’d grow up to follow a different path. “I wanted to be a cheerleader,” she said. Now she’ll combine that champion spirit with her creative instincts. As one of our newest Social Media Content Specialists, Celeste brings social strengths to PRIME that will benefit the company as well as its clients.

ALL OVER THE PLACE

Originally from South St. Paul, Celeste attended Winona State University, where she studied Mass Communication with an emphasis in advertising. But she didn’t start there.

“I was all over the place,” she admitted. “I wanted to be an optometrist at one point. I went into graphic design for a while.” And then, she said, a detour presented itself in a most accidental yet fortuitous way. “Someone in my graphic design class said, ‘You probably want to be in advertising?’” she described, almost as if it were a question. And that’s when the bulb lit.

Before joining PRIME, Celeste spent three years at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. There, she utilized her publication and social platform prowess making bulletins, building slides, and designing service inserts. But once she started handling the church’s social media, Celeste was hooked.

“I learned so much about what the audience liked to see and when, and the ways in which they absorbed the information and content,” she explained. “I started posting Facebook ads and realized how much I love social media.”

WHERE SHE LANDED

In her new role at PRIME, Celeste’s affinity for and understanding of client needs, audience expectations, and social media tools and platforms will surely come in handy. She’ll work with a range of clients to skillfully capture their voices and deliver their unique messages through a variety of means, both digital and print.

But what is she most excited for? “Being around a team of likeminded people,” she admitted. “Learning, collaborating, and developing fresh and innovative strategies for current, new, and future clients.”

LAKE LIFE AND CHILL

When she’s not working, Celeste keeps herself busy with a laundry list of activities. In fact, her hobbies are as unlimited as her creative capacity and include a little bit of, well – everything.

Going to the lake is top priority on her must-do list. “My cousins have a cabin,” she said, “so I’m up there often.”

Celeste spends time in the kitchen, baking and cooking, and welcomes the opportunity to learn about and try new foods.

This avid golfer also enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling, and going to wineries. And she’s all about the experience of concerts. She’s only been to a few, she said, some of the more memorable shows were Lynyrd Skynyrd and Parmalee. “I saw Parmalee in college, before they were popular,” she added. And coming up, Celeste is looking forward to seeing Dierks Bentley live and on stage.

THREE CHEERS

Help us welcome Celeste to the team. She certainly brings social strengths to PRIME, and we’re excited for her to exercise them. With a firm grasp on the social media scene, she is well on her way to becoming a powerhouse for our clients – and the community.
