Karazeris Brings Ad Experience, Artistic Prose to New Role

Did Ann Karazeris always know she would have a creative career? Simply put, no. She thought she was going to be a lawyer, but she took a detour toward artistic prose because, “I’m not good at anything else,” she joked.

Her fallback is our fortune, as Prime recently welcomed Ann as its new Copywriter.

Ann joins our Content & Social Media team and in her new position will assist with a host of writing, editing, and social media as well as search engine optimization efforts. She is most looking forward to being part of a creative team and the opportunity for producing a variety of content.

She has extensive experience working in writing and advertising and is no stranger to a challenge. Ann’s diverse portfolio includes tackling concept-to-completion, award-winning ad campaigns for notable clients such as Motorola and Time Warner Cable. Her background will prove invaluable in helping our clients meet their marketing needs.

Originally from Michigan, Ann has “lived all over,” she said. She has resided on the East and West coasts, in the southern states, and in the Midwest. She currently lives in Plymouth with her family. This includes college-aged son Michael, 12-year-old daughter Cate, and their two dogs Clio and Mr. Olivander – or “Ollie,” for short.

Ann received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from St. Paul’s Hamline University. The storytelling element is what Ann most enjoys about being a writer. “I like weaving a narrative,” she said.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys napping (who doesn’t?) and cooking. She likes to deconstruct food and often will ask for recipes at restaurants to recreate dishes at home while adding her own flair. Ann is also excited about launching her own food blog and cookbook, For Whom the Lobster Rolls. “I’m marrying my two passions: sandwiches and fine literature,” she said.

Help us welcome Ann to our team. We look forward to sharing what she cooks up for Prime as well as our clients.
