Our Maple Grove office is still open to the public. Many of Prime’s team members have temporarily moved to home settings, but rest assured that those individuals are able to access everything necessary to assist you. Because we work with clients around the country, these systems were already in place. For several years, we have utilized the cloud as well as other digital resources. In addition, we’ve conducted virtual meetings with clients every week. With the onset of recent guidelines related to health and well-being, we have also adopted other easily accessible communication platforms to connect virtually with coworkers, clients, and other partners.

This week, like many of you, the Prime team has faced some unusual challenges and tight timelines. We’re incredibly proud of our team for how they’ve adapted and embraced different methods of delivering excellence for our clients and their coworkers. Working together – even if remotely – the team has been able to do what needs to be done. At Prime Advertising, it’s business as usual.
We’re heartened and inspired by the positive stories we’ve heard of neighbors helping neighbors. The restaurants and coffee shops providing free lunches to kids who are out of school. Grocery stores and other retailers offering specific shopping times for seniors and other vulnerable guests to limit exposure. Lakeland, Colorado’s Mr. Incredible delivering roses and cheer to his neighbors.
