A recent college graduate, Ben Rivers is eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry as PRIME\u2019s new sales and marketing intern. Keep reading to learn a little more about this new addition to the PRIME Team and the talents he brings to the playing field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a kid, Ben dreamed of growing up to be Tom Brady<\/a>. And by that, he didn\u2019t mean that he wanted to be a multi-championship-winning quarterback for New England or Tampa Bay. No. He meant he wanted to be<\/em> Tom Brady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHis poise, leadership, and desire to be better than the day before are things I always looked up to,\u201d Ben explained, in response to his curiously specific childhood aspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since there already is a Tom Brady, Ben instead took those values he admired in his NFL hero and decided to hone them in his own, very different way. After graduating from Maple Lake High School<\/a>, Ben attended Minnesota State University Moorhead<\/a>, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He then went on to complete several short summer internships at a number of manufacturing companies before landing at PRIME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ben\u2019s background as well as his passion for examining the bridge between sales and marketing will be of great benefit in his role at PRIME. His biggest strengths are his ability and willingness to learn, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cBeing willing to admit that you don\u2019t know everything but then putting in the effort to learn is an asset,\u201d Ben admitted. He enjoys communicating with coworkers and clients and looks forward to working with both to discover solutions across an abundance of scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And Ben said he is most excited about working with amazing people. \u201cIn my first week, I noticed how welcoming everyone was and hope one day to fit into that role with someone who is new to PRIME as well,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When Ben isn\u2019t researching trends or helping to generate sales leads, he likes to relax and have fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Most often, that means hanging out with family and friends and going to the gym. And, like most Minnesotans during the summer season, Ben likes being out on the water as the weather allows. \u201cI also live on the lake so I enjoy spending time on the boat whenever I can,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Out of the gate running, Ben Rivers is eager to learn everything he can about PRIME<\/a> and its processes as well as the industry overall. And the team<\/a> is excited to witness all the amazing contributions he brings to the company and its clients.
