We\u2019re only a few months into the new year, but 2023 is shaping up to be an active one. And PRIME<\/a> continues to move full speed ahead. We recently expanded our team once again, adding seasoned talent to the account management crew. Help us welcome our new Senior Account Manager as Bjorn Broback joins the PRIME Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A (Bro)Background Suited for PRIME<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bjorn is a lifelong Minnesotan. He grew up in Burnsville and attended schools in the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan district. At a young age, Bjorn already had an idea of what he wanted to do when he got older. He watched his mother\u2019s career flourish and thought he would someday follow in her footsteps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI knew I wanted to be in sales,\u201d he said. \u201cMy mother had a successful sales career, and I liked the idea of traveling all over the country like she did.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As he chased that dream, Bjorn attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire<\/a> and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining the PRIME Team, Bjorn spent almost a decade selling advertising space on billboards. He also worked in college marketing services, helping brands promote their products and services to college students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of which is perfect, because his new role will take full advantage of that training in understanding business organization and management as well as his marketing background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ready to Get Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a Senior Account Manager at PRIME, Bjorn will build and nurture client partnerships to help them determine and achieve their marketing goals. He joins an already synergistic team and is prepared to jump in and keep the wheels turning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited to be working with a team in a collaborative environment,\u201d he said. \u201cI love bringing projects to fruition for clients and working through challenges.\u201d And we\u2019re excited for Bjorn to harness his knowledge and experience to help clients succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Joys of Traveling and Being Home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When he\u2019s not working, Bjorn spends time doing projects around his home \u2013 some of which can be ambitious, but that\u2019s part of the appeal. \u201cI’m a DIYer who enjoys home improvement projects,\u201d he explained. \u201cI like to build, fix, and repair things that other people might hire a professional to do.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He and his wife currently live in Chanhassen and tag-team the joys of raising two boys. \u201cI enjoy managing the chaos with my wife,\u201d he joked. Bjorn admits to having a silly side as well, but he keeps it on reserve until he gets to know his audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bjorn also likes to travel \u2014 to warm destinations like Florida and specifically the Florida Keys, he said. And with the winter we\u2019ve had, who can blame him?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
