When asked what he\u2019s most looking forward to in his new role at PRIME<\/a>, Jordan Holt answered quickly and enthusiastically. \u201cI think I\u2019m most excited about the growth and learning,\u201d he said. And now, as one of the team\u2019s newest Social Media Content Specialists, Jordan is ready to grow and learn. He is PRIMEd to succeed \u2013 and eager to help our clients do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW IT STARTED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Born and raised in Franklin, Kentucky, Jordan had dreams of playing professional basketball or football when he grew up. \u201cI wanted to be in the NBA and the NFL,\u201d he said, with a confidence that lends conviction to his aspiration. \u201cI was supposed to be Steph Curry<\/a>, but he beat me to it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, Jordan took a different route, studying Communications at the University of Kentucky<\/a>. He was leaning toward a career in public relations and advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was in ISC, which is Integrated Strategic Communications<\/a>,\u201d he explained. \u201cBut during that time, I was just ready to graduate.\u201d Instead, Jordan focused on broader communication studies to get his degree and start working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He previously worked for two nonprofits, spending his college summers with the Boys & Girls Club of Franklin-Simpson<\/a> and working as a PE Specialist with Banyan Community<\/a> after moving to Minneapolis. Jordan also earned his real estate license, \u201cwhich I still have through Edina Realty<\/a>,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW IT\u2019S GOING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As part of the PRIME Content Team, Jordan will use his creative energy to develop engaging copy for a multitude of clients, helping to tell their stories across numerous platforms. And his resourcefulness will come in handy with in-house projects as well as enhancing PRIME\u2019s social presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s upbeat and self-assured and ready to dive in. Jordan said his confidence can seem like arrogance, but \u201cto me, I\u2019m just me,\u201d he explained. \u201cI\u2019ve been through a lot, so I feel this way for a reason.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And his natural positivity helps drive his imagination and his potential, which is a bonus for PRIME and its clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FUN, FILM, AND FURRY FRIENDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Away from the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and three rabbits. \u201cThe black one is Nelly. The spotted one is Lola. And the one with the blue eyes, that\u2019s Sue. She\u2019s the pretty one,\u201d he said. \u201cShe already knows she\u2019s pretty.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, this sports fan and film aficionado can often be found watching one or the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI watch a lot of basketball, football, it doesn\u2019t matter,\u201d he assured. From the hardwood to the gridiron, Jordan\u2019s fandom runs the gamut. He enjoys watching and rooting for Kentucky basketball, the Miami Heat, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. And he\u2019ll watch baseball, he said, but \u201cI\u2019m a Dodgers fan. So, if the Dodgers aren\u2019t playing, I\u2019m not watching anybody else.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fair enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordan also loves movies, paying close attention to shots, camera angles, themes, lighting, and other elements to really dissect what he sees. \u201cI don\u2019t see movies like everyone else,\u201d he admitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXCITED TO GET STARTED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From Kentucky to Minnesota, Jordan has learned and discovered a lot. He\u2019s ready for more \u2013 and to let his positivity work its magic. \u201cI woke up. I\u2019m here. It\u2019s obviously for a reason,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jordan is happy to be here and PRIMEd to succeed. And we\u2019re excited to have him aboard to watch him grow and help our clients with their social media and content needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
