Web Production/Social Media Assistant

The Web Production/Social Media Assistant is responsible for assisting and maintaining a variety of projects. This position requires a candidate who has a strong work ethic and is positive, self-motivated, deadline-driven and outgoing. This person must also possess strong writing and proofing capabilities. 

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Collection and organization of client assets
  • Content entry & proofing
  • Maintain project plans in order to update Manager on status of programs
  • Online search engines - update/ & maintain Place Pages
  • Client training on Content Management Systems, Blogging, and E-marketing
  • Domain renewals
  • Monitor and analyze program results of social media
  • Research and create organic SEO
  • Conduct research on current trends of social media
  • Google Analytics
  • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, E-mail Marketing, and Blogging
  • Quality assurance on all websites
  • Filing and other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to receive and follow-through on direction and assignments from Manager
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Must be friendly and honest, with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed
  • Strong organizational, verbal and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of social networking sites, like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
  • Strong knowledge of local Search Place Pages

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

As a Marketing Consultant with Prime, you will help businesses grow by selling a vast array of advertising space in highly sought after and exclusive venues – local online search, digital Indoor, print and strategic sign placement. You will renew and grow existing accounts as well as identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

 

At Prime we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and confident. A great candidate for Prime has strong verbal communication skills while living and working under the highest ethical standards. We are specifically looking for candidates with professional business experience and a proven ability to close sales.
