Over 1.5 million people visit the Hennepin County Service Centers annually. Every year each Center averages 500 people a day sitting in the facility for an average of 20 minutes. This wait time translates into 166 hours of captive customer time per day for each Service Center.

Each of the Service Centers has installed multiple large plasma screens that display information about the numbers that are currently being served.  That information occupies just the borders, clips are featured between the commercials which are designed to keep viewers attention actively focused on the monitor.  Advertising will be visual and may include full-motion video, Flash animation, still images and text.
