Back In The Saddle After a Week Unplugged
You may have noticed my mug missing from the posts last week. Janna and Luke pushed out some posts on new sites and teamwork while I was out of the office for a week. It was fun to see them step up to the plate and contribute and I think its great to get a few more voices here.
Spending a week at the Minnesota / Canada border in 30 and 40 degree weather, with slow fishing was not what I had hoped for, but it still was a week away. With no cell phone coverage at our lodge it was a chance to unwind. That said, I did have internet to Skype the crew and check emails at least once a day.
So as I settle back in to returning phone calls, emails and catching up I thought I would ask you what is the longest you can make it "unplugged" without cell phone or internet? I can make it days without cell coverage, but internet …. I think two days would push my limits.

(Fishing on Kabetogama Lake, only 1 day had sun and a plus 40 temp)
