Blogging Milestone: 100 Posts

100 blog postsThe Prime Blog launched on February 12th of this year and it’s been a great 6 months of learning, writing, networking … and hopefully providing value to the readers.  Yesterdays post was number 100, not a major accomplishment, but still a small milestone worth recognizing.  The biggest thing that says to me is I have increased the value of our web content 100 times and that’s pretty cool.

Blogging has really been a great outlet for me and the great work our team does in the web department.  From time to time we also give better visibility to our company culture and other marketing services here at Prime.  I still hold out hope that others here at Prime will want to contribute in the near future and then more and more of our clients will find their way to subscribing and getting even more value out of their relationship with Prime.

Numbers wise, our unique visitors to PrimeAdvertising.com have doubled and our user sessions have quadrupled. Not too shabby.

As with any milestone, I firmly believe in thanking those that helped you get there, so here are a combination of people and blogs that have been part of this first leg of a long journey.  You may not know the Prime blog exists but I appreciate your inspiration, help, guidance and connection.

Props to:

Now I better get focused on the next 100 posts …

  1. Congrats, Aaron! You’re doing a great job with the site. I enjoy reading about the customer examples and other great content you publish. Looking forward to 100 more!

  2. Congrats! It’s amazing how far things have come and changed in just 6 months.

  3. Awesome, congrats Aaron and you’ve done a great job! Those numbers are really impressive, too!

  4. Patrick- Glad you enjoy and I’m thankful for our connections and mind sharing events. Somehow you and Paul put up with me?!?

Lee- As one of the first blogs I “admired”, I have learned a ton from many of your posts. You’re one dude that can get me to shut up and just listen/read to you spin knowledge … a tough task, just ask Patrick! Anyway, your talents for connecting the SEM and SEO dots rock.

Paul- Much thanks, and I appreciate your “local” knowledge and insight. Plus I have a blast with our back and forth shots at each other. Did your iGadget ever reset?

  5. Hey Aaron -

Congrats on the milestone - that is really great!

    Celebrate this weekend :)

    Best,

    Chris

  6. Thanks Chris … only because you said so, I’ll tip back a few in celebration. I appreciate your kind words.

  7. Thanks Aaron, and yes, the iFreeze is up and running again! :) I just let it run out of juice overnight and it was fine when it charged back up. I appreciate the tips though and will definitely use them if it happens again.

  8. Congrats on the marker - the first few months are the hardest (if you’re forcing yourself to acquire the habit like I was.) Speaking of which, seeing the link to my stuff (thanks by the way) makes me think I need to pick up the pace again.

  9. Hey Aaron (AM) - I appreciate your congrats. I’m all for more posts out of you, I look forward to your takes and rants. More so, the work you and EP put out is inspiring and I’ll take all the insight I can from you.

If our crew can be the Minny-sota EP Jr., we’re doing something right. Do you guys have Junior Badges we can get?

  10. Aaron - Congrats on reaching the milestone. You have done a great job of giving us a glimpse into your corporate culture, sharing your knowledge, and promoting Prime. I’m definitely looking forward to the next 100 posts. Keep up the good work.

  11. Char- Thank you. You are definitely a great connection thanks to blogging and a great supporter. Any new blogger should have you in their corner, they can’t lose.
