Cookies For My Team
In our web and multimedia department I hand out "cookies" to my team when they bust out a great idea, solve a problem or complete a challenging task. No I don’t have a bag of cookies in my office, or an easy-bake oven, it’s just my saying to give appreciation … "you get a cookie!".
I thought I’d take a second to give them each a cookie publicly for their contributions and hard work. For those of you that are Prime clients, chances are you’ve worked with one or a few of these team members and you know how valuable they are to our great projects.
Luke: The master of pulling things together quick fast in a hurry, SMC support guru and super coder and plug-in builder. Luke is a great young mind, easy to work with and loves to make things work better and cooler.
Jody: The project manager that pulls the right strings and pushes the right buttons. While I’m the big picture guy, Jody combs through the details and keeps them from being missed.
Jeff: Visualist and creator of designs and interfaces that rock. Jeff’s Flash and design skills wrap our functionality in wonderful packages that provide users ease, impact and success online.
Abby R: Sad to say, Abby is leaving us in two weeks after 14 months at Prime. She has been an asset to our team and we wish her luck with her new position in software development. Good luck, here’s one last cookie.
Abbey J: Keep pressing on with MyPrimeGuide.com, your efforts are needed to keep it rolling!
Take a look at those you work with to produce your success and make sure you take the time to hand out a few cookies yourself. A little recognition goes a long way.
