How Reaching Out, Brings Them In
I thought I would give you a quick glance of how sending out an email newsletter to your potential and current client base can increase your web traffic, not just for one day but overall. Marketing is all about multiple tools working together to tell your story, communicate your offering and allowing your customer to take the next step with you. E-letters work great to bring traffic into your website and touch base with clients, lets peek at some numbers from our send:
Our average users per day in 2007: 202 per day (sessions not hits)
Users the day before our 1st Quarter E-letter: 236 users on 2/13
Users on the day of our send: 338 on 2/14
Users the day after our send: 293 on 2/15
User average per day since send: 268 (2/14-2/21)
The graph above is a snapshot of User Sessions for last week from our Web Stat program. Having 50% more traffic than our 2007 average on the day of the e-letter send is great, but basically maintaining that the following day is even better. It also helps to introduce a feature like our Blog to encourage people to tune in daily. If you’re looking to expand your reach and help your web traffic, explore our e-letter services.
